With a new forum comes some new BBCode that will allow you to post multimedia content and be a bit more creative with your text.

The new tags

Center: Centers your text.
Like this


Left: Aligns text left.

Right: Aligns text right.
Aligned right


S: Strike through text. Useful for edits. Strikethrough

Sub: Subscript text Subscript

Super: Superscript text Superscript

Youtube: Let's you embed a YouTube video in a post. It should work with all of the different language domains. IMPORTANT: DO NOT PASTE THE URL. ONLY PASTE THE VIDEO ID. The video ID is the text string after the equal sign (=) in the URL. Example:

[youtube]0qAQCG9siFY[/youtube]


MP3: Let's you embed an MP3 file in a post. Example:
Code: Select all
[mp3]http://www.some-website.com/speech.mp3[/mp3]


Vimeo: Let's you embed a Vimeo video. To embed a video, cut and paste the Vimeo video ID between the Vimeo BB tags.

For example:
Code: Select all
 [vimeo]1234567[/vimeo]

Added new code for linking to images or uploading photo attachments. Try using the hsimg tag. :clap:
For example, linked images look like this:


Attachments look like this:
russian_yoga_2.jpg


How to use
For linked images, just put the URL inside the hsimg tag.
Code: Select all
[hsimg]http://www.letsjapan.org/Graphics/boe_letter.jpg[/hsimg]

For attachments, no need to do anything. Just upload the image or place it inline and enjoy! :thumbsup:
