Hi Ladies and Gents! I just wanted to know if any of you use the Wii for workouts/ health, weight-loss?
I wanted to mention my husband bought the Wii for both of us (I more or less wanted it to play Mario Kart and get tight).
The sports package (boxing, golf, tennis) is wonderful. I sweat and got a better workout doing the Tennis/Boxing and Training, of course it helps to simulate that you are actually there but I love it! I'm thinking of adding weights to my arms/legs to increase the resistance.
I lost a few inches already... = )
