The job and hours are demanding, but it's a skill to last a lifetime. Suitable applicants should be organized, tidy, reliable, energetic, and under 30 years of age. No experience is necessary; only a willingness to work and a dedication to the craft. All training is provided. Starting salary is Y130,000~Y200,000.(Negotiable after a three month training period) Tenjin, Fukuoka City. It doesn't mention why you need to be a native-English speaker, though.

Seems as if they're willing to train someone with no experience, why do they need a native-English speaker... Maybe it's a job for native-English speaking hosts patissiers?
