Pop inShop 10 by Just Systems

Just installed this not so cheap software as I'm too lazy to do it all on Photoshop...
problem is the program is showing ??????????????????????
for all the Japanese.

I have re-installed 3 times and checked all my font settings.
It's Japanese software and I'm on a completely Japanese Windows laptop.
Can't see any other customer complaints for this in Japanese anywhere.

Looks like I may have changed a setting somewhere in the Control Panel but I can't find it...and my computer guru son says he has no idea either...

anybody have a clue for me where to look or what to do?

You could try running the app through applocale and setting the language specifically as Japanese.

had a quick look at the Unicode settings first which were set to English (which I missed before)...switched it back to Japanese and now it is fixed.
Thanks for the hint.
I guess I may have some English software now in the system that won't work...but at least I'll know where to fix it next time...
