I've checked my account, but nothing yet (last checked at 5:30pm). I returned all my documents to them by Dec 28th, so was expecting the money today. Is anyone else in the same situation? I'll check again tomorrow morning and if still nothing, I'll fax them.

Don't thank that thief Monkeybridge, thank the receivers. They did all this excellent work for all the ex nova workers.

Well congrats to all. Its been nearly six years since Nova went under. About bloody time they paid you!

Unfortunately I dont think Monkeyfucker will be in prison long and soon enough will be out in society again. Too bad Japan doesnt have stiffer sentencing rules for people like him. I mean if anyone deserved it he did.

I'm also in the UK and haven't got it yet. Neither has my husband. I've just tried faxing them, but I've tried that before and haven't been able to get through.

I mailed all the paperwork on December 19th, but still haven't received anything. I tried faxing them yesterday, but the number didn't work. Besides the fax number and mailing address, does anyone have another way to contact them?

I received a check last year for a Canadian guy who was teaching in Tokyo and living in this Sakura house room before me. So I got on line and started Googling his name. Unfortunately, I found out that he had killed himself, possibly in the very room that I'm staying in!

At any rate, I tore up the check and threw it int he garbage but later regretted maybe not trying to contact his parents to let them know. I doubt they would have cared, anyway. It wasn't for much money if I recall.

Update the post office with your new address if you're moving.

I got IRCs (International Reply Coupons) as well, as is stated in that pdf attachment posted. Anybody know what the hell an IRC is?? What can/should I do with them?? Return them with an envelope and they send me money or what? :?:

Nice to hear you guys are getting some of your money back.

Is it 100% of your salary or just a portion of it?

I received mine in the post too.

I took them to Australia Post where I was told that I can use them to post stuff to Japan.
The lady went and double checked as they don't deal with them very often.
In the end, I was able to get about $13.00 worth of stamps.
My dad will find the Christmas stamps useful.
